Are you passionate about sales and customer support?

We are seeking an Admissions Advisor with experience in educational institutions and a strong service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with families and providing personalized follow-up to achieve successful enrollment outcomes.

You will be responsible for guiding families throughout the entire admissions process, ensuring a warm, organized, and timely experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily follow-up with prospective families until enrollment is completed.
  • Deliver clear and compelling information about the school’s educational programs.
  • Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and assessments.
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM system and student files.
  • Support promotional and student recruitment events.
  • Follow up on administrative requirements and pending items.
  • Generate basic progress and admissions reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in admissions or sales within educational institutions (required).
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

The John F. Kennedy School is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian, coeducational school that offers our 1500 Mexican and international students a bilingual, bicultural education from the age of three, in our Early Childhood Education Program, through the four years of high school.
